Well, I have been at this eating better and exercising thing for over a month now. I have actually lost 4 pounds since starting, but I haven't been exercising enough and I have to get back on track with that if I'm actually going to meet my goal of 65 pounds by my 40th birthday on August 21st. Crazy, but I've got to do this and get healthy!!!
It is just not easy with 2 kids making the time to hit the gym and do any exercising other than at 5:30 in the morning walking and I'm having a very hard time getting up that early and actually getting out there. I just want to sleep until 7:00 (at least) every day of the week! Oh well, if I want this I have to get my butt up and get moving at least once every single day of the week - No exceptions!!
